Midi_IO v1.0 RC1 has now started!!
Midi_IO v1.0 RC1 is only available for Quest3D v3.6.5 and above
 I am proud to announce the Release Candidate (RC1) of the Midi_IO - it is a public release and as such is available to download by everyone.
Again, quite a few things have been added since the last version.
Another channel (code named Midi_IO Options - real name Midi_IO) has been added to the list. It is most likely less exciting than previous ones but important nonetheless. It is used to set and store global settings/options about the entire set (some of which will be made available via its own property dialog in future versions) and to provide an interface to the registration system.
Full re-implementation of the licensing system, which has helped reduce the size of the set by more than 300KB, will allow for greater flexibility when releasing new updates (i.e. Quest3D version compatibility updates).
The documentation has also been written - at last - not yet fully proofed though...
Well I kept the best for the end, this is in theory the last version before the full release - release date will be announced soon...
I reiterate my thanks to everyone having taken the time and trouble to test the Midi_IO and send their feedback.
